Holywell (young!) Past Captains are hanging their heads in shame after this year's playing of the 'Past Captain's Trophy' recently when the Trophy dedicated to the late Captains Oscar Lloyd and Trevor Jones was taken after a card play-off by the oldest player in the field (and other areas!), Kevin Carney our Treasurer who, at the age of 82, beat off all competition with his 20 points, back 9 score taking the honours from runner-up, previous winner Ray Lewis. Obviously practice makes perfect as Kevin has only just returned from a golfing trip to Sunny Espana followed by our 3-day 'Breakaway' to Hereford.

Well done Kevin, obviously the game is getting easier!!
