The Pat Burke Memorial Trophy took place at Rhuddlan Golf Club, the association's westernmost course, on Sunday, 20 July.
Although the forecast predicted thunder, lightning, and rain, we had only a brief, light shower lasting about 10 minutes.
24 players enjoyed the undulating Par 72 tree lined parkland course, which provided a challenge to us all especially the testing long Par 4’s and water hazards dotted around the course.
Hayden Hurst captain of Rhuddlan Golf Club gave a warm welcome.
The Captain thanked the caterers for the splendid meal, and thank all who supported the day.
The eventual winners of the Pat Burke Memorial Trophy for 2025 are The President, Peter Parry and Jim Mills with 46 points.
Runners up Nigel Bingham and Reg Weigh 45 points on count back.
3rd place Darren Edwards and Phil Campbell 45 points.
